These Terms of Use govern your use of the Amantius website and account. Buying a product — an Ownership Pass, Travel Club membership or Amantius+ subscription — is covered by a separate agreement provided at sign-up or checkout. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Eligibility & Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable Use
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
- scrape, copy, or resell content without permission;
- use the site for fraudulent, harmful or illegal purposes.
Our Products, in Brief
- Ownership Pass and Travel Club memberships are arranged via a signed agreement, invoice and bank transfer.
- Amantius+ is a digital subscription billed through Stripe.
- These are access and membership products — not real estate ownership, securities, NFTs, tokens, or investments. The full product terms are in your separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Amantius name, logo, design, text, images and software are owned by Amantius or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example payments, maps or email). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and policies apply.
AI Concierge
Parts of the site include an AI-assisted concierge that can answer questions and help you plan stays. Its responses are for general guidance only, may not always be accurate, and do not replace official confirmations from our team.
Disclaimers & Liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep information accurate and the service running, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Amantius is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer law.
Which Entity & Law Applies
Your contract is with the Amantius entity for your region, determined by your residence — not by the website's display language:
- EU / Slovakia: Amantius SK s.r.o. — Slovak and EU law.
- UAE: Amantius Investments and Management L.L.C (Dubai) — UAE law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
