By creating an account, accessing, or using the Amantius platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring you log out from your account at the end of each session

Amantius provides a platform for real estate investments through Ownership Pass. By purchasing an Ownership Pass through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• An Ownership Pass represents a stake in a real estate property and associated destination credits
• All investments carry inherent risks, including potential loss of capital
• Property values may fluctuate based on market conditions
• Rental income is not guaranteed and may vary
• Destination credits (1 credit = 1 standard night) are subject to availability and usage policies
• You are responsible for understanding the tax implications in your jurisdiction
• We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice

When you make a purchase through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• Promptly update your account and payment information
• Pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred
• Pay any applicable taxes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

The Amantius Travel Club provides exclusive benefits to Ownership Pass holders and members, including:

• Access to properties in our global network
• Discounted or complimentary stays based on ownership level
• Priority booking and special member rates
• Exclusive events and experiences

Travel Club benefits are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific benefits.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Amantius and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Amantius.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Amantius, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Investment losses or fluctuations in property values
• Blockchain technology failures or security breaches

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Amantius does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
