Ownership Pass Structure
Each property on the Amantius platform is professionally managed by Amantius or its local operating partner. Ownership Pass holders receive a digital Ownership Pass Certificate confirming their membership, their annual destination credit allocation, and — where applicable — their eligibility for the discretionary rental performance benefit. This is a membership and usage-rights product, not a share, security, or investment contract.
Rental Performance Benefit
Properties are actively managed and made available for short-term and medium-term rental through the Amantius platform and approved third-party channels. Where a rental performance benefit applies to your Ownership Pass, any net proceeds — after operating costs, management fees, and reserve fund contributions — may be shared with eligible pass holders on a discretionary, non-guaranteed basis. This is not investment income and is not a fixed or scheduled payout.
Pass Buyback Program
Ownership Passes can be transferred to another person at any time. The company also guarantees the buyback of 2 passes per property annually, for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms of the Property Owner's Declaration. No profit or return is guaranteed on transfer or buyback.
Travel Club Benefit
All Ownership Pass holders receive annual destination credits, redeemable for stays at Amantius partner properties worldwide — extending your Ownership Pass into a premium travel benefit through Travel Club.
Pass Transfer
After an initial holding period, Ownership Passes may be listed for transfer to a new member through Amantius, subject to compliance clearance of the incoming holder. This is a membership transfer facility, not a securities market, and availability of a buyer is not guaranteed.

Governance & Transparency
Amantius is built on a foundation of transparency and accountability. Every property is professionally managed under clear operating agreements, with membership and credit records maintained securely and auditable at all times. Our governance commitments include:
- Quarterly Reporting: Detailed occupancy and rental performance statements delivered to all eligible Ownership Pass holders within 30 days of each quarter end.
- Annual Audited Accounts: Full financial statements independently audited by a licensed audit firm and made available to all Ownership Pass holders.
- Independent Property Valuations: Conducted at least annually by a qualified independent valuer.
- Pass Holder Voting Rights: Material decisions — including major capital expenditure, refinancing, and property sale — require a vote of Ownership Pass holders in accordance with the Property Owner's Declaration.
- Audit Rights: Ownership Pass holders representing 10% or more of the passes issued for a property may request an extraordinary audit at reasonable notice.
- Fee Transparency: All fees and charges are disclosed in full before purchase and updated with 30 days' advance notice upon any change.
